Introduction

Hi!  So you've been lucky enough to stumble (or were pushed - ha!) into this blog.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy gathering material to share!

Last year, I was diagnosed with severe Gluten Intolerance.  More on that later, but more to the point, I want to share my dining experiences in the West Chester area.  If you are in the same boat as me, you've undoubtedly fallen victim to uneducated, inflexible, and intolerable establishments which ruins your day.  

I want to shine the light on the ones to avoid and glorify the ones who are on our side!  My hope is that you give me a chance and stay tuned.  Lots of good things ahead!!!
